BioPlastic Bags are made from Ecopond bioplastic. These 8L bioplastic checkout bags are certified home compostable to European standards and compostable to ASA736-2006 Australian standards. These compostable bags are an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic checkout bags. Bioplastic bags with handles are banned as carry bags in QLD, VIC, NSW & WA. They are accepted if not used to carry goods (for eg. as bin liners or dog waste bags).
